Directions: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain excess fat. Place meat mixture into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; stir thoroughly. Cove; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
