We will have baby chicks each Thursday and Friday. We will be getting in new batches each week, through August, as long as sales stay steady. You can check our poultry schedule to find out what breeds will be available on which date. June 3rd: Mottled Javas,  Barred Rocks, Buff and Black Silkies, Jersey Giants, Rhode Island Reds, Pekin Ducklings, and Broad-Breasted White Turkeys. For our beekeepers out there, we have started to receive many beekeeping supplies to bring our stock back up for the spring and summer months. Come in and check out our supply of Mann Lake and Glory Bee bee supplies.

We are offering a weekly recipe page for folks that enjoy or want to use local produce and meats.  The recipes that are available are there because they have been used with much satisfaction by staff. Here is another slow cooker recipe. Most likely you will want to double this recipe. Not only is it delicious with pasta, but it tastes great on rice, mashed or boiled potatoes. Your dinner could even be brought to the table faster if the potatoes and rice were left overs. Please check back next week for more great recipes.
